Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist (3–5 years experience) with strong expertise in social media strategy, execution, and performance optimization. This role will own the development and management of organic and paid social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth, while ensuring alignment with broader marketing and revenue goals. In addition to social media ownership, this individual will serve as a key project manager for marketing initiatives—using Monday.com as the primary project management platform to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure campaigns launch on schedule. The ideal candidate is both creative and operationally strong, capable of balancing content strategy and analytics with structured workflow management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with brand, engagement, and pipeline growth objectives
• Own organic and paid social campaigns end-to-end across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, etc.)
• Create and manage the social content calendar, including copywriting, publishing, and community engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize based on data insights
• Manage paid social budgets, targeting strategy, A/B testing, and performance improvements
• Lead marketing project management workflows using Monday.com to track timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies
• Coordinate with sales, product marketing, leadership, and external partners to ensure campaign alignment and on-time execution
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all social channels
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform content and growth strategies

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing with strong ownership of social media strategy and execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience managing organic and paid social campaigns with measurable results
• Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com (or similar tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, logistics, or enterprise environments
• Experience supporting revenue-driven or pipeline-focused marketing teams
• Certifications in LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or HubSpot
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Familiarity with content design or video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership teams
• Understanding of campaign attribution and full-funnel marketing strategy
