We provide end-to-end visibility, real-time tracking, and predictive analytics to ensure seamless delivery experiences for our clients and their customers.

Position Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with 7+ years quota-carry experience, ideally with experience in supply chain and/or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, excellent outbound prospecting experience, and the grit/determination to succeed. This position is remote but candidates must be US-based and located in the Eastern or Central time zones. As an Enterprise Account Executive at OneRail, you will operate full-cycle. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with prospects, positioning our solution to demonstrate how our platform addresses needs, and driving the opportunity forward through close.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting: This is a pure outbound hunting role. Must have experience building a pipeline from scratch by identifying prospects and managing outreach. We want thoughtful, high quality outreach vs high quantity outreach. The importance of being comfortable with cold call prospecting and customizing messaging based on buyer persona’s cannot be understated.
  2. Consultative & Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives. Then articulate the value proposition of OneRail's platform and tailor presentations to demonstrate how our solution can address client-specific pain points.
  3. Contract Negotiation and Execution: Utilize your expertise in contract negotiation to secure transactions ranging from $150k to $2M. Gain a deep understanding of value drivers to effectively justify costs and expedite the sales cycle.
  4. Relationship Building: Identify the key stakeholders, cultivate and maintain strong relationships at client organizations, including C-level executives, VP’s across various functions, and supply chain professionals.
  5. Pipeline Management: Your first priority will be to build your own pipeline. Then you will maintain all opportunities in Salesforce, track progress, and provide accurate weekly forecast updates to the leadership team.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functionals including marketing, solution engineering, partnerships, and product marketing to best position OneRail to customers.
  7. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position OneRail's offerings in the market.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven track record of success in a hunter role, with excellent prospecting experience.
  3. Proven ability of understanding supply chain operations, logistics processes, and industry challenges.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  7. Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline and track progress.

About OneRail

OneRail, headquartered in Orlando, FL, is the emerging leader in Final Mile delivery technology. Our OmniPoint SaaS platform uses proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence to power efficient same-day delivery programs for major companies like Lowe’s, Pepsi, American Tire Distributors, and Advance Auto Parts.

OmniPoint is the cornerstone of OneRail’s integrated final mile delivery solution.

  • Capture. Within moments of a purchase that requires same-day delivery, OmniPoint captures a shipper’s “demand signal” from their POS, ERP, or e-commerce system: what was ordered, where it is, where it’s going, and when it needs to be there.
  • Optimize. OmniPoint uses this data to specify the optimal vehicle for the order’s size and weight, as well as any extra services required. OmniPoint then calculates all-in shipping costs and optimizes delivery routing.
  • Execute. Customers can direct deliveries to their fleet, or OneRail’s nationwide network of 12 million couriers available 24/7/365.
  • Support. Deliveries can be supported as they occur by OneRail’s skilled Exceptions Assist team to handle unforeseen delivery issues on the customer’s behalf.
  • Follow Up. OmniPoint enables the consumer or receiving business to track their order delivery in real time and provide feedback through a customer-branded interface.

OneRail has been recognized by Gartner as one of the most innovative solutions in the Final Mile delivery space. We ranked in the top 100 of the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing US private companies in 2022 and 2023 and received an Inc. Best Workplace award in 2023.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
