Human Resources Specialist – OneRail’s Technology Hub - Krakow, Poland
Our OmniPoint SaaS platform uses proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence to power efficient same-day delivery programs for major companies like Lowe’s, Pepsi, American Tire Distributors, and Advance Auto Parts.
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to perform a variety of personnel-related & administrative tasks supporting day to day operation of OneRail’s Technology Hub in Kraków. Your role will be to take ownership of all HR administrative matters in Poland. Sound’s exciting? We’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing personnel files, employment contracts, and all employee-related documentation.
- Handling employee records, working time documentation, leave management, and other legally required HR reporting.
- Coordinating payroll processes in cooperation with our payroll provider.
- Overseeing benefits administration, medical check-ups and H&S training coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Polish labor laws and organizational standards.
- Acting as the key point of contact for HR-related queries for employees in Poland and providing administrative HR support.
- Supporting key global HR processes such as performance appraisals, salary reviews, engagement surveys, talent development, employer branding etc.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles for Poland-based company, preferably IT company / startup.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, social security, and tax regulations and expertise in handling HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global HR teams.
- Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).

Work Style: Hybrid (3-4 days from the office / week preferred). We are open to a more flexible arrangement for candidates located outside the Krakow area.
Salary: 11 000 – 16 000 PLN/month (employment contract only)
