Overview
As a Product Analyst at OneRail, you will join a talented team dedicated to transforming final-mile logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you will assist in product planning, prioritization, and execution throughout the product lifecycle for our core platform. This includes gathering and analyzing product and customer requirements, translating business needs into actionable insights, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery timelines.
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in product management or business analysis. Ideal candidates will bring a strong understanding of SaaS or integrations within logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology environments, along with a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will also have prior experience leading and collaborating with software development teams that focused on mobile experiences and mobile applications in support of integrated enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to execute the mobile app product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on internal stakeholder feedback, user research, and business objectives.
- Gather, document, and analyze enterprise user requirements, mobile market insights, and competitive intelligence across iOS and Android ecosystems to support data-driven product decisions.
- Translate enterprise user needs and pain points into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria tailored to native mobile app experiences.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams — including mobile engineering, UX/UI design, internal communications, and customer success — to ensure clear communication, alignment, and on-time app releases.
- Support the end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and post-release optimization, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance suited to an enterprise environment.
- Leverage mobile analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Firebase, LogRocket) to assess app performance, monitor adoption and engagement metrics across the user base, and surface actionable recommendations.
- Stay current on mobile industry trends, platform updates (iOS/Android guidelines), and emerging best practices in enterprise mobile product analysis and UX.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of mobile development processes and promote cross-functional collaboration within the product organization.
- Support additional mobile-focused initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, with exposure to API integrations or SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of product lifecycle management, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Proficiency in data analysis and comfort using insights to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, ClickUp).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical and business trade-offs.
- Understanding and appreciation of engineering principles, data models, and APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology industries.
- Background in high-growth or enterprise software environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to plan release cycles and solve complex problems.
- Working knowledge of platform and integration architecture and ecosystem-based product design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
Work Location
(Remote / Hybrid / On-Site) *If Hybrid, 3 days in / 2 days out of office
On-Site Roles: This position is based at OneRail’s headquarters in Orlando, FL (ZIP 32819). While on-site presence may be required, remote candidates will be considered, with preference given to those located in the Central Florida area.Salary target: $64,000- $80,000
