As a Product Manager - Integrations at OneRail, you will join a talented team working to transform final-mile logistics and supply chain operations. This role reports to the Director of Product Integrations and will be responsible for product planning, and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for our integrations and platform interfaces. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in product management and integrations experience possessing strong leadership skills, with a preference for experience in logistics or supply chain with reputable transportation tech companies. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Integrations to define and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, market dynamics, and long-term growth objectives.

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value, customer insights, and technical feasibility.

  • Conduct ongoing market and user research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept through launch and optimization, maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and delivery.

  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate product performance, generate actionable insights, and inform continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and resolving complex challenges within the framework of the product strategy.

  • Anticipate potential risks and proactively develop creative, scalable solutions to ensure sustained product success.

  • Perform additional duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • ​​​​​Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management within SaaS, including 2+ years focused on integrations or platform interface products.
  • Proven success leading product initiatives in high-growth or enterprise software environments.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage data-driven product roadmaps that balance user engagement, scalability, and revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of user needs and pain points, with a strong commitment to building intuitive, impactful solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and comfort using insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!).

  • Collaborative approach to working with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to plan release cycles, address complex challenges, and ensure seamless execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology, ideally with reputable or high-growth organizations.

  • Experience building and scaling 0–1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of engineering principles, data models, and APIs.

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally on go-to-market, launch, pricing, and customer support initiatives.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to connect technical execution to broader business objectives and company vision.

Compensation:
This role falls under Comp Band 7, with an annual base compensation expected to be between $111,500 and $136,200, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Work Location:
This position is based at OneRail’s headquarters in Orlando, FL (ZIP 32819). While on-site presence may be required, remote candidates will be considered, with preference given to those located in the Central Florida area.
