Data Specialist, Delivery Support (Internal Candidates Only)
Job Overview: The Data Specialist, Delivery Support will assist in the day-to-day operations of our Delivery Support department, focusing on data analytics to enhance real-time decision-making. This role is designed to improve delivery lifecycle management, optimize fulfillment, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and provide insights based on data from delivery routes, customer queries, and operational activities.
- Support the Delivery Support team by identifying key data trends that can improve delivery accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in monitoring the delivery lifecycle from courier acceptance to proof of delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
- Generate and maintain reports on delivery performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration across platforms and operational processes.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple data streams and tasks.
- Proactively communicate data findings and consistently provide recommendations to improve overall delivery operations.
- Prior customer service experience and some logistics/dispatching experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and how it can drive operational improvements.
- Strong computer proficiency with web-based applications and data analytic tools including PowerBI and advanced Excel. Must have experience creating PowerBI reports.
- Programming foundations and supply chain management certifications strongly encouraged.
