The Solutions Consulting organization serves as the strategic bridge between customers and OneRail technology, ensuring solutions are aligned, actionable, and designed for successful implementation.

  • Own and continuously evolve OneRail's Value Engineering methodology, including ROI models, assessment frameworks, benchmarking, executive presentations, and business case development.
  • Coach the team to identify and quantify transportation savings, fulfillment efficiencies, labor optimization, customer experience improvements, and revenue opportunities, then translate those insights and OneRail platform capabilities into compelling business cases and value stories.
  • Build repeatable consulting assets including executive presentations, ROI calculators, industry assessments, demonstration scenarios, and reusable discovery frameworks that improve productivity and consistency.
  • Oversee the development of Statements of Work, fulfillment and transportation solution designs, implementation assumptions, and delivery approaches that support prospective customer opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to shape account strategy, influence executive buying groups, and guide customers through complex transformation initiatives that extend beyond transportation into broader supply chain and omnichannel operating models.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for transitioning opportunities to Implementation, ensuring complete discovery, documented business requirements, solution design, and clear customer success criteria.
  • Partner with Customer Success on quarterly strategy sessions, solution planning, roadmap discussions, and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management by identifying recurring market requirements, competitive gaps, usability improvements, and innovation opportunities.
  • Represent OneRail as an industry thought leader through executive briefings, webinars, conferences, and customer advisory sessions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor capabilities, and market developments in the logistics and SaaS space to inform customer strategy, consulting methodologies, and product direction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or other consultative customer-facing roles within retail, transportation, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS, with experience leading teams.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing consulting teams.
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives and serving as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
  • Proven experience developing and presenting executive business cases, ROI analyses, and financial justification models for enterprise customers.
  • Technical aptitude with a strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise architecture, and enterprise platforms such as ERP, OMS, WMS, and TMS solutions.

  • Passion for coaching, developing talent, and building high-performing consulting teams.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
